„Movement is the song of the body”

Welcome to my website
Introduction
My name is Nóri Szilágyi.
I graduated as a physiotherapist at the Semmelweis University in 1999, and in addition to that a medical translator and interpreter from 2017. I have treated children and adults as well since that time. I have been attending to patients at my private practice since 2016.
Patients are looking for my help mostly with spine and other musculoskeletal conditions.
Postural deformities, like flat feet, poor body posture and scoliosis are the most common ones in childhood. When we discover these issues and start to treat them in time we can successfully prevent several other potential deformities that may evolve in the future. Schroth therapy is a primary treatment of scoliosis, with constant and consequent use of which we can avoid latter serious deformities.
In younger adulthood and in elderly people spine conditions are also very common. Due to inactive lifestyle you may experience symptoms from discomfort and mild pain to herniated disc with symptoms for concern. McKenzie therapy is a commonly used method to treat and prevent these unpleasant/unwanted symptoms and conditions. Neck and shoulder complaints are typical concomitant signs of sedentary and stressful lifestyle, most of which are relatively easy to eliminate. Injuries from accidents and sport injuries are frequent and natural happenings of our everyday. The most general ones are fractures, sprains and ligament injuries, successful healing of which can be accelerated by a properly chosen and applied physio.
Unfortunately, despite the most careful professional approach, surgery cannot be avoided sometimes in case of certain spine conditions and sport injuries. In these cases, it is recommended to start an early rehabilitation in order to regain and maintain your previous healthy condition, and to continue or set off your favourite sports and other beloved activities soon. Physiotherapy is a perfect tool not only for prevention but for rehabilitation too.
I am of the opinion of preventive approach. The most of us have the opportunity of prevention, if we can, let’s make the best out of it. There are several ways to do so, it is worth finding the most preferable for you. If, against the most careful attention, you have complaints, pain or suffered any injury, and you are a bit confused, you just have to find some help. That is what I offer you too. I think thorough examination and assessment of a patient’s medical history are crucial for a precise, effective and careful treatment. If you are looking for a proficient, patient and precise physiotherapist do not hesitate to contact me. Maybe you are just a few steps away from painless life.
You are very welcome to my private practice if you have any kind of complaints with your spine, in case you suffered injuries doing sport, have complications with your joints, shoulders, elbows, knees etc. or just want to prevent these from happening, and you would like to maintain functionality and comfort.
